Shipping Policy
Most of our pieces are made especially for you and typically take around 3–4 weeks to be carefully crafted. Items marked as Ready to Ship are usually dispatched within one - two business days after your order is confirmed (excluding select holidays).
Once your jewelry is completed, it will be shipped through one of our trusted express delivery partners. Please keep in mind that delivery timelines may be affected by severe weather or unforeseen circumstances. By placing an order, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for delays caused by such conditions beyond our control or that of our shipping partners.
Customs
- Customs clearance and any applicable import duties are handled by our shipping partners, such as FedEx, DHL, USPS, and others. You may be contacted directly by the courier regarding any fees or charges required for delivery.

Express Shipping
- Most of our orders are dispatched via priority overnight delivery. Once your package has been shipped, you can monitor its progress using the tracking number provided.
Fully Insured
- After placing your order, you can have peace of mind knowing your purchase is fully protected. Every item we ship is insured for its complete value during transit, covering theft, loss, or damage—at no additional cost to you.
- For your safety, we strongly ecommend using our designated shipping services. We cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages if alternative shipping methods outside of our insured services are used.
Doorstep Delivery
- Your order will be delivered straight to your doorstep, allowing you to receive it conveniently at home. For added security, a signature will be required at the time of delivery.
Shipping Address Changes
- You may request to update your shipping address only before your order is dispatched. An order is considered ready to ship once you receive the tracking details via email. After this stage, we cannot guarantee that any address change requests can be accommodated. This policy applies to both new purchases and items being returned from our repair services.
- Please note that changes to the delivery address may result in additional taxes or duties, which will be billed accordingly. If the revised charges are lower than the original shipping taxes paid, the difference will be refunded to you.
