Refund Eligibility & Process
Once we receive and Quality Check the returned item:
- If it passes inspection, we will process the refund for the approved amount
- Refunds are typically issued within 3–5 business days
- Processing time may vary based on your payment provider
Non-Refundable Items
No refunds will be provided for:
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Items returned in used, worn, damaged, or altered condition
- Shipping, express processing, or service fees (unless otherwise agreed)
If an item fails Quality Check, it will be returned to the customer and not refunded.
Pre-Approval Required
