Return Exchange Policy
Return Eligibility
- You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if:
- The item has a manufacturing defect or quality issue
- The product does not meet your expectations (discretionary cases)
- Return requests must be submitted via thetwocarat@gmail.com for approval and return instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
- We do not accept returns for:
- Custom [Made to Order] or personalized pieces
- Items not listed in our catalog
- Discounted or promotional items
- Requests made after 30 days of delivery
- Returns without prior approval
- Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
Return Inspection
All returns go through strict Quality Check QC:
- If wear, damage, or unauthorized alterations are found, deductions will be applied
- A QC report will be shared before issuing any refund
After 30 Days
- We do not accept returns after 30 days. However, repair or exchange services ay be offered (charges may apply). Contact us in advance for eligibility.
