Return Exchange Policy

Return Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if:
  • The item has a manufacturing defect or quality issue
  • The product does not meet your expectations (discretionary cases)
  • Return requests must be submitted via thetwocarat@gmail.com for approval and return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

  •  We do not accept returns for:
  • Custom [Made to Order] or personalized pieces
  • Items not listed in our catalog
  • Discounted or promotional items
  • Requests made after 30 days of delivery
  • Returns without prior approval
  • Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Return Inspection

All returns go through strict Quality Check QC:

  • If wear, damage, or unauthorized alterations are found, deductions will be applied
  • A QC report will be shared before issuing any refund

After 30 Days

  • We do not accept returns after 30 days. However, repair or exchange services ay be offered (charges may apply). Contact us in advance for eligibility.
